We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the way we do projects. A big part of this is spotting the right technologies and trying them out in a controlled manner. As part of this process we internally maintain a BCG-like matrix which lists all the 'Star', 'Question Mark', 'Cow' and 'Dog' technologies.
